• born 1959 in Dresden, Alexander Fakoó spent a wonderful childhood in Meißen in the 1960s and his youth in Berlin
• even at school, his interest was mainly in the transmission of information, since his apprenticeship in the 1970s he worked in the field of telecommunications, later as a communications electronics engineer throughout Germany
• Alexander Fakoó has been working with computers since the 1980s (approx. 1983) and was online via German screen text BTX even before the introduction of the Internet and accompanied the introduction of the Internet

• his social commitment is particularly evident in the huge number of learning, practice and information pages on fakoo.de, which he has researched and programmed himself on all kinds of alphabets for disabled people, and which he makes available to all visitors free of charge and without restriction.
